FORGE SHOP: At our
Forge Shop we have the facility to forge Chains
for Conveyors and Elevators. The forge shop is
equipped with brand new friction drop hammers,
screw forging presses and modern tool room
equipped with latest EDM Machines, Vertical
Machining Centers, CNC turning centers and other
allied machinery like conventional milling
machines, turning machines, slotting machines,
thread rolling machines, copy turning machines,
grinding machines etc. that incorporate a wide
variety of innovative capabilities and
considerable reduction of in-process time for
machining of work pieces through high speed and
high performance machining.

Links are assembled in a configuration to

configuration can include scavenger, cleaning or
pad flights as required.
Within a complete
chain, flighted links are usually supplied at
every single, second or third pitch.
Chain usually
supplied pre-assembled complete with connecting
pins.
All assembled
chains are supplied with appropriate protective
coating.
A wide range of
styles are available. We manufacture as per
customers requirement and specific drawings.
