SPECIAL / UNIQUE FACILITIES:
FABRICATION: SEMCO has
successfully carried out Fabrication of Oil Tank
Wagons for export and has the capability to
handle fabrication, assembly and sub-assembly of
various products and big structures as per
customer’s drawing and designs. It has appointed
welders that are qualified as per DIN287 to
successfully carry out Arc & MIG welding.
FLASH BUTT WELDING /
RESISTANCE WELDING: SEMCO also has
necessary infrastructure & machine for Flash
Butt Welding and can weld up to 2000 Sq mm in
Carbon steel or 1500 Sq mm in Alloy Steel.
SHEET METAL COMPONENTS:
We manufacturer carbon steel and stainless steel
components for Automotive Industry, Conveyor
Systems, Material Handling Systems, Conveyor &
Transmission Industry.
ROLLING, TWISTING, BENDING PUNCHING: We
can Roll, Twist, Bend, and Punch and can give
the profiles various shapes as per customers
specific requirements in Flats, Sheets, Bars or
Square.
MULTIPLE FORGING:
Our plant layout allows to simultaneously roll,
forge & form the product on various different
machines like different hammers, different press
and compile the various operations in one cycle.
The products requiring various stages of
production can be arranged in a way that the
material starts from one end and finish material
comes out at the end.
CNC MACHINING: The
Company also offers advanced CNC Machining at
most competitive rates. It has highly
sophisticated and technologically advanced CNC
Machining facilities to carry out simple to
complex machining that are dimensionally
accurate thus ensuring flawless audit inspection
and quality control. The machine shop is
equipped with latest CNC turning and milling
machines, thread rolling, copy turning,
grinding, drilling and tapping machines, and
other allied machinery that incorporate a wide
variety of innovative capabilities and
considerable reduction of in-process time for
machining of work pieces through high speed and
high performance machining.
SURFACE FINISH:
Apart from machining they specialize in giving
different surface finishes like Zinc plating,
Powder coating, Painting, Black oxide etc. as
per the customer’s requirement.
LABORATORY: The
quality assurance department ensures that each
product is well tested in-house at various
stages of production right from the procurement
of raw material to dispatch.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: SEMCO has an
independent Quality Assurance Department whose
responsibility is overall quality assurance at
various & all levels of production. The
department is preparing all Quality Assurance
Plans, issue directions, prepares gauges and
maintains the data as required by the product.
The department is independent department and in
additional to the quality control levels at
various production stages by the production
people. The department also stores all the
necessary national & International Standards for
reference & records.
NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL
STANDARDS
We maintain the library of all the major
International & National Standards required &
applicable to our products. The library is
continuously updated and the new standards are
added as & when required.
