ideas to life. Combined with our ingenious
method of re-machining old dies, our tooling and
forging system allows us to achieve low tooling
costs”. Additionally, we have perfected the art
of controlling grain flow, thereby increasing
strength and supplying superior resistance to
thermal and mechanical stresses.
TOOL ROOM: The modern tool room is equipped with latest EDM Machines (
Die sinking machine) , Vertical Machining
Centers, CNC Turning Centers and other allied
machinery like Conventional Milling Machines,
Turning Machines, Slotting Machines, Plano
Millers, Shapers, Grinding Machines etc.
Our Tooling Engineers are professionally
qualified and hHave through experience & good
knowledge in forming metals and fastener. They
can : - Design & developing entire tooling
process, cold heading tools, progressions for
multi-die & multi-blow cold heading equipment,
develop thread, Taper & flat Roller die- tooling
design & development, forging Dies, Trim Tools,
etc. - Have ability to evolve out-of-the -box
new tooling concepts with respect to existing
shop floor facility to develop new tooling
packages and setting processes- Develop Part
Progression drawing showing preliminary
dimensions for each station including Cutoff
length, volume, weight, etc., (match each
station for volume content)
- Prepare Master tool layout showing all
forming stations including Tool numbers &
Operator setup dimensions
- Calculate Forming loads and insert press
